More cookin', good lookin - Recipe #2

Blob on the go! Excuse typos, stuck in the "Club" trying
to figure it all out. Old men and hot food. Go Big Blue!

Recipe #2

Before I lay this out, i want to say, yes, there are certain people who get horrendous gas from black beans, substitute for Mung or white bean. Only thing is you're gonna lose mad flavor. :(

Also, don't make this in a large batch, make it for a serving of 6. If you ass is single, have it over 2 days and split with a friend. This one is ridiculously easy.

Black bean Guinness Chili

2 cans of black beans or canelli beans
28 oz of stock (non-chicken vegan)
Onion chopped optional (gag)
1 bottle of Guinness draught or two if you want
2 peeled carrots, diced
3 Klondike rose potatoes (peeled and cubed)
1 package Meatless meatballs (Quorn) optional, I break these up into small bits for consistency

Get your onion, carrot and potato going, cooked in coconut or olive oil, whichever. I have even given the taters a bit of a browning just for texture. You can use one pot for this entire process so you don't have to make a mess. Use a 6-quart cooking pot, that should be sufficient. After you have the ingredients cooked (roughly 8-10 min medium heat) then add your stock stiring and keeping at medium boil. Then throw in your meatless meat and beans and continue to cook for another hour at low flame. After the hour is up, set it aside, let sit and cool. Always best if you wanna leave it overnight....best! If you're hungry, grub!
